Energy and innovation
The resort averaged just 19.7 kWh per square metre — well below typical luxury resort benchmarks — thanks to onsite solar generation and operational upgrades like offloading staff laundry to save energy.
Food and local sourcing
More than 90% of all ingredients are sourced domestically, including rice grown onsite, cutting emissions, supporting local producers, and anchoring the resort’s culinary identity in Vietnam’s vibrant food traditions.
Water stewardship
Zannier Bãi San Hô manages its entire water cycle onsite. Filtration, sewage treatment, and reverse osmosis systems meet government standards and reduce waste, with total usage kept to just 332 litres per square metre monthly
